It's fair to say that the last few weeks for some districts (and county colleagues) have been dominated by local government reorganisation and all that entails.

There has been no time to draw breath, no time to ponder incidentals, just a willingness from all to do the very best for our communities that can be delivered in the time available, with the challenges set before us.
