MPs are demanding explanations from Ofsted after arguing it failed to protect children from sexual abuse in Rotherham.

The House of Commons' communities and local government committee will ask Ofsted staff to give evidence to its investigation into how 1,400 children were exposed to sexual exploitation in the town between 1997 and 2013.
