New partnership to rival COSLA

Four Scottish councils, which have all resigned from the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA), have launched a partnership to rival the association.

Four Scottish councils, which have all resigned from the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA), have launched a partnership to rival the association. 

Aberdeen City, Glasgow City, South Lanarkshire and Renfrewshire Councils plan to have the new Scottish Local Government Partnership in place by March 2015.
