Rushcliffe BC chief executive Allen Graham looks ahead to the 1 December publication of revised electotral registers, as returning officers gear up for next May's general election.

Like all district councils, we are now deep into the development of budget proposals for next year.

While we get used to reducing resources, we are constantly reminded of the demanding expectations and continual thirst for transformation.
