Now it's time for the real leaders to step up

On hundreds of walls in offices across the UK there are inspiring posters proclaiming the virtues of leadership. Leaders deliver more.

But how do we know this? If leaders are the people who inspire loyalty, do high performing staff who would otherwise leave stay on because of their boss?
