Lancashire CC's leader could reprise controversial plans to overhaul his senior management team – despite withdrawing it from discussion at a full council meeting.

A source said the restructuring plan was ‘not necessarily dead in the water' even after proposals by Conservative leader, Cllr Geoff Driver, hit the rocks last week.
