Children in Rotherham will continue to be at risk of abuse due to a loophole in taxi licensing laws, Communities and Local Government Select Committee chair Clive Betts has claimed.

Children in Rotherham will continue to be at risk of abuse due to a loophole in taxi licensing laws, Communities and Local Government Select Committee chair Clive Betts has claimed. 

Plans put in place by Rotherham MBC to tackle Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) required measures such as mandatory CCTV.
