Rural landowners have dismissed the new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) for 'failing' to get Britain's heritage policy 'right'.

The Country Land and Business Association, which represents rural landowners and businesses, claims that the reformed NPPF, published earlier this week, represents a 'step forward' through the relazation of some planning rules.
