Six people involved in children's services at Rotherham were sacked last year for putting kids at risk of harm following reports on the council's practices, it has emerged.

A report by Rotherham MBC's local safeguarding children board also showed that four other children's services staff resigned as a result of perceived risks to children during 2013/14.
