Delegates from the Chinese city of Jinhua have signed an international agreement with Sandwell MBC.

Delegates from the Chinese city of Jinhua have signed an international agreement with Sandwell MBC.

Jinhua municipal people's government mayor, Ji Junnin, and council leader, Cllr Steve Eling, signed the friendship agreement during a recent visit to the UK.
