Councils in Scotland are ‘screaming out' for financial help, Labour's MSP shadow spokesperson for infrastructure, investment and cities has claimed. 

Ms Fee added: ‘The pressures forced on councils are resulting in increasingly difficult decisions which are disproportionately impacting on the poorest in our society.
