Not trying to sound like Sky Sports, but we are weeks away from another ‘Super Thursday' in local government elections, including most County Councils' Network (CCN) members.

With some 20 million people eligible to go to the polls in county areas, they constitute the largest set of local government elections. The election offers a chance to reflect on the last 12 months and consider where we need to focus our advocacy for the year ahead.
