Two councils that recently reinstated the position of joint chief executive have laid out plans to appoint a new shared leadership team.

Two councils that recently reinstated the position of joint chief executive have laid out plans to appoint a new shared leadership team.

South Hams DC and West Devon BC plan to introduce a new five-strong leadership team working across both councils, with a view to saving around £120,000 a year.
