Pendle BC's Section 151 officer has warned the council's medium-term financial health is under threat.

In his annual Section 25 statement, which requires a local authority's Section 151 officer to report on the robustness of council budget estimates and reserves, Pendle's financial services manager, Vince Green, issued a stark warning on his authority's position beyond next year.
