Local authority supplier network, Pro5, has given the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) voluntary assurances over its members' business dealings with schools, following an investigation by the watchdog.
The OFT revealed last week it had closed a preliminary inquiry into members of the Pro5 group of Public Sector Buying Organisations (PSBOs), after receiving assurances over the network's marketing practices.
