Demand for top team support has been increasing and is expected to rise further after next month's local government elections, The MJ has learned.

The Local Government Association (LGA) and Society of Local Authority Chief Executives (SOLACE) are both anticipating higher-than-average demand for member and officer support programmes after the vote on 3 May due to the political and executive issues currently facing councils.
