Travers lands interim Southampton post

Former Barnet and Lambeth LBC chief executive Andrew Travers has returned to local government as interim CEO of Southampton City Council.

Former Barnet and Lambeth LBC chief executive Andrew Travers has returned to local government as interim CEO of Southampton City Council.

Travers' appointment to the south coast authority was confirmed on 19 January, but today (29 January) marks his first day in the job.
