Britain's first tri-borough director of adult social care will be confirmed, part of plans to combine services across three London boroughs.

Britain's first tri-borough director of adult social care is set to be confirmed as part of plans to combine services across three London boroughs.

Subject to approval from each council, Andrew Webster will take up the post of executive director of adult social care at Hammersmith & Fulham LBC, Westminster City Council, and Kensington and Chelsea RLBC.
