The Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, has called for further devolution of powers to local government in a week of political turmoil in Westminster.

The Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, has called for further devolution of powers to local government in a week of political turmoil in Westminster.

He told the National Children and Adults Services conference in Manchester that Brexit had left the national Government paralysed.
