COSLA 'disappointment' as pay offer rejected

Trade unions have voted to reject a pay offer put forward by the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA).

Trade unions have voted to reject a pay offer put forward by the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA).

The local government body reacted with ‘disappointment' after its offer of an immediate 5% rise followed by further increases from January was turned down.
