Local government needs to do better to tackle climate change, the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) has said.

Appearing before the Scottish Government's Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee, COSLA's environment spokesperson Gail MacGregor said the sector should be honest about its limitations.
