The County Councils Network (CCN) has announced that Hertfordshire CC leader Cllr David Williams will be its next chairman.

The County Councils Network (CCN) has announced that Hertfordshire CC leader Cllr David Williams will be its next chairman.

Cllr Williams won a leadership contest with Staffordshire CC leader, Cllr Philip Atkins and will formally replace current chairman Cllr Paul Carter at the organisation's annual general meeting in September.
