The Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) chief inspector of adult social care will leave in the New Year.

The Care Quality Commission's (CQC) chief inspector of adult social care will leave in the New Year.

Andrea Sutcliffe, architect of the 'mum test', will take up the role of chief executive and registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council in January 2019.
