Two district councils have been found to have breached health and safety rules by the social housing watchdog.

Two district councils have been found to have breached health and safety rules by the social housing watchdog.

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) concluded that Babergh and Mid Suffolk DCs breached the home standard by failing to carry out hundreds of safety checks.
