Chief executive of East Lothian Council, Monica Patterson, is to retire from her role in February.

Chief executive of East Lothian Council, Monica Patterson, is to retire from her role in February.

Patterson has been chief executive for almost five years, having joined from North Lanarkshire Council in 2010 as executive director for community services.
