Enfield to procure development partners

Development partners for Enfield LBC’s flagship Meridian Water project are to be appointed after members voted to press ahead with the scheme under council control.

Development partners for Enfield LBC's flagship Meridian Water project are to be appointed after members voted to press ahead with the scheme under council control.

The council will now choose partners for individual sites after the appointment of Barratt as master developer of the £6bn project was terminated in October.
