A £1bn fund has been launched to galvanise housebuilding among small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

A £1bn fund has been launched to galvanise housebuilding among small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Barclays is providing £875m and Homes England £125m of loan cash to the Housing Delivery Fund, with loans ranging from £5m to £100m.
