Elections staff have raised concerns in the wake of speculation over rescheduled bank holidays to mark the coronation of King Charles III.

Councils are still awaiting confirmation of whether May's bank holidays will be moved or added to after the coronation was scheduled on 6 May – two days after next year's local elections.
