Hertfordshire CC has renegotiated a contract with Veolia as it awaits a decision on plans for an incinerator.

Hertfordshire CC has renegotiated a contract with Veolia as it awaits a decision on plans for an incinerator.

The agreement to build an energy recovery facility has been on hold since the plans were called in by local government secretary James Brokenshire in February last year.
