House of Fraser pulls out of major council development

Troubled department store House of Fraser has pulled out of a major retail development led by Cheshire West & Chester Council.

Troubled department store House of Fraser has pulled out of a council-led major retail development.

However, Cheshire West & Chester Council has said the move will not ‘undermine' its Chester Northgate plans.
