Local Land Charges centralisation gets underway

The digitisation of the Local Land Charges (LLC) register has begun, with Warwick DC the first council to pass its data onto HM Land Registry.

The digitisation of the Local Land Charges (LLC) register has begun, with Warwick DC the first council to pass its data onto HM Land Registry.

Responsibility for holding the register, currently with councils, is being centralised to the Land Registry in an effort to standardise the process.
