Lawrence Conway has been appointed as Pendle BC’s interim chief executive.

Lawrence Conway has been appointed as Pendle BC's interim chief executive.

He has taken over from Rose Rouse, who is to leave the authority at the end of March to become chief executive at Darlington Council.
