Powys CC has announced the appointment of Emma Palmer as its new chief executive.

Powys CC has announced the appointment of Emma Palmer as its new chief executive.

Ms Palmer, who has been Powys' director of corporate services for six years, was confirmed in the role at a council meeting today.
