Reading Council’s financial position has been described as fragile with ‘some very significant risks’ surrounding its delivery plan.

Reading Council's financial position has been described as fragile with ‘some very significant risks' surrounding its delivery plan.

A report to a council meeting next week said a financial balance was ‘possible' for 2017/18 but the authority still faced a ‘very serious budget challenge'.
