Scottish finance settlement 'is not enough'

The Scottish Government has said councils will receive the equivalent of a 5% council tax increase next year.

The Scottish Government has said councils will receive the equivalent of a 5% council tax increase next year.

The £144m funding will be provided as a result of the unilateral freezing of council tax by Holyrood as part of its budget, announced today.
