Shropshire warned over slow Ombudsman response

England’s local government’s ombudsman has warned Shropshire Council over slow response times to enquiries made by the watchdog.

England's local government's ombudsman has warned Shropshire Council over slow response times to enquiries made by the watchdog.

In a strongly-worded letter to the council, Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, Michael King, urged Shropshire to ‘reflect on its practices and take the necessary steps to improve its liaison with my office'.
