Brexit negotiations should not distract from public reform

The upcoming General Election breaks all the rules, and is set to be dominated by one issue – Brexit.

Elections usually centre around the ‘bread and butter’ of politics – health, housing and social care – but this one will be dominated by our exit from the EU. In fact, it may be a struggle to get domestic issues on to the agenda for debate.
