Council leader warns of 'serious risks' over local plan withdrawal

Rutland CC’s decision to withdraw its local plan leaves it facing ‘serious risks,’ the authority’s own leader has warned.

Councillors made the decision at a special meeting last week after confirming their earlier rejection of a Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) grant of £24.9m.
