New direction welcomed as ‘right way to do business’

The Welsh local government minister’s new direction on reorganisation has been welcomed as the ‘right way to do business’.

Speaking at the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) annual conference last week, Mark Drakeford set up a new timetable over the next 18 months, which includes a formal consultation in January.
