Hemming Information Services does not issue refunds on confirmed orders for subscriptions unless you have made a genuine error in ordering and you notify us in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail) of the error and return the product to us in saleable condition within 7 days of the invoice date. In all other cases you will be charged the full price. For online subscriptions the cancellation period is 3 days.
