Blueprint for Welsh working outlined by minister

Proposals unveiled by the Welsh Government this week could see a move towards regional working.

Launching a consultation on a new white paper, local government secretary Mark Drakeford outlined blueprints for ‘mandatory economic development footprints’ after the Welsh Government dropped plans to force councils to merge following widespread opposition from the sector.
