Capital health devo deal delayed

Plans to announce further health devolution to London this week have been pushed back by Number 10, The MJ understands.

In last week’s Budget, chancellor Philip Hammond announced a new devolution deal for the capital, which would give mayor Sadiq Khan and the boroughs more powers over health, transport, infrastructure, criminal justice, skills and employment.
