Councils that are proud of their services and have made a difference to people’s lives have been urged to apply for The MJ Awards.
Local authorities are being encouraged to share their successes with their peers by entering The MJ Local Government Achievement Awards 2023.
The 2023 awards launch this week with 20 categories, with new entries covering community engagement, partnerships, climate change and social value.
Editor Heather Jameson said: ‘There are brilliant projects and services delivered by dedicated council teams, often in very challenging circumstances, and The MJ Awards are the perfect way to recognise and praise them.’
