Government response to youth violence ‘inadequate’

The Government has been urged to back councils to tackle the rise in youth violence.

A report today on the Government’s serious violence strategy by the Home Affairs Committee found it was ‘completely inadequate’ and undermined by cuts to local authority youth services.
