As you read this column, an important piece of legislation for the regional rebalancing agenda is making its way through Parliament.
Currently at committee stage, the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill offers the Government a vehicle to help institutionalise the levelling up agenda for the long-term. It is also a chance for others to add to the ambition of the Bill. This is a moment that cannot be missed.
