Rogers to leave beleaguered Brum

Birmingham City Council has announced the departure of chief executive Mark Rogers in the latest development at the struggling authority.

News of the departure was leaked this weekend via political website, the Chamberlain Files, which has close ties to Birmingham leader John Clancy.
