As I take over from Caroline Nugent as PPMA president, much of the work that has been underway will continue – specifically around raising the associations profile across the public service.
The HR and OD community tends to suffer from the self-inflicted wound of hiding our light under a bushel. We’ve been so preoccupied with helping our own organisations and improving our own HR and OD practice that we’ve forgotten to let people know we are here.
