The Millenial time bomb

This week, in the midst of huge digital, data-driven and service-centric transformation, I have been considering how our HR policies impact on our employees, reflecting in particular on the way we develop policies that are future-proofed for our Millennials.

Younger employees want faster access to promotion and are reluctant to do the mind-blowing hours and travelling many of us oldies have done in our careers. While our Millennials are more comfortable with change and diversity, they also want fuller relationships with people, including their families, which some older workers might feel aggrieved about having missed because they were working.
