Care sector unprepared for coronavirus ‘struggle’

Emergency measures have not gone far enough to ready the social care sector for the impact of coronavirus, experts have warned.

More funding, staff and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required when cases reach their peak, MPs on the health and social care committee have been told.
