Chance to have say in Care Act countdown survey

If Gordon Brown’s 2009 proposal to provide free personal care at home is anything to go by, consultations on care are best launched early on in a Parliament, when there’s a greater chance of the reforms actually getting enacted.

This week the Department of Health published its consultation on how people in England can pay for their care.
